We beat the weekend rush and were able to grab a table for a delicious breakfast. Addi's always provides great service and this time was no exception. Our order arrived after a short wait and exceeded our expectations. The eggs were cooked perfectly on the Pile Up and topped with the perfect amount of salsa as to not over power the dish. *This is a small, busy establishment. Not best for a quiet dining experience unless dining in the very early a.m.
Quick service, good breakfast food at a price that you can't beat! I love the nostalgic diner experience.

Service is five stars from every, single, person. Wow! I felt like I was back in the Midwest for a minute. I got the corn beef hash, eggs over medium, and CRISPY hash-browns. Everything including the hash-browns was cooked to perfection. I wasn't a fan of the pitiful biscuit or gravy but hey, it's tough to compete with my Mom's biscuits and gravy. This will be a go-to spot if I'm back in Springfield.
Super fun little diner. We heard a number of people around us commenting on how fabulous their food selection was. Great menu and wonderful waitstaff. We ordered the Train Wreck and the whatchmacallit. Our selections needed some seasoning but that is simply a person preference. If we lived in the area we would definitely go back and try something new on the menu.
Our son and his wife really wanted to take us here. Glad they did because one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. Everyone got something different that we thoroughly enjoyed. I got two perfectly cooked eggs over easy with four sausage links, hash browns, and biscuit and gravy. My wife loved her corned beef hash. My son enjoyed the chili with scrambled eggs, his wife had the breakfast chimi. They all got potato skins with their meal. Really good dipped in gravy. Servers were great and the place has a real diner feel to it.
I am so glad we found this place. It's a destination restaurant for me now. I had chicken fried steak with 'skins' the first time we went. Skins are like deeply peeled potatoes and fried. They are so yummy. The chicken fried steak was great! Eggs were cooked perfect. Second time we went, I got Corned Beef Hash and a small pancake. Not to be confused with their MEGA PANCAKE. I'm a plump girl, so I have to sit on the chairs, which are limited. But worth the wait if I have to wait. I look forward to our next visit.
Addi's is a really cool place in Springfield. It is homey little place that is so very cool. It is a throwback to old diner's of the past. The service is great as you walk in the door and you are treated very well. As for the food, it is amazing.
